On this occasion Pulse were requested to come up with a unique binding method for a portfolio consisting of 11 x different kinds of books.
The challenge was embraced and as you will see from the images below, Pulse have come to the forefront with a unique style of binding.
- Double hit of spot gloss UV varnish required on the covers, as Pulse have opted to utilise an uncoated paper stock
- Silver foils have been used throughout, to enhance the books
- Spines have been wrapped in grey buckram, prior to having the text blocks cotton side stitched, to bind the pages together
